Who we are
Oud Harvest is a B2B supplier of cultivated agarwood products based in Guanzhu, Dianbai, Maoming, Guangdong, China. This page explains how we handle information submitted through this website and the baseline terms that apply to quotations and sales.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us through the inquiry form or by email:
- Your name, company, email address and country;
- The product, volume and message you submit;
- Any later correspondence about your inquiry or order.
We do not use advertising trackers, sell visitor data, or build profiles of website visitors.
How we use it
We use inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare quotations and samples, arrange shipping and export documents, and maintain ordinary business records. We may contact you about your inquiry by email. We do not add you to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font CDN. If we later add analytics, we will update this page and, where required, ask for consent first.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page) for security and reliability. Those logs are processed under the provider's own terms.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the business — for example, email, hosting, freight forwarding, inspection or customs brokers — and only as needed to answer your inquiry or fulfil an order. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to support the business relationship and to meet accounting, customs and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete inquiry data that is not subject to a legal retention requirement.
Your rights

Terms of sale
Quotations and proforma invoices are valid for 14 calendar days unless stated otherwise in writing. Product specifications, grades and quantities are confirmed in the formal proforma invoice or sales contract. Cultivated agarwood is a natural botanical material; minor natural variation in colour, density, resin distribution and aroma profile is normal and is not a defect.
Export orders are subject to the destination country's import rules and to the availability of CITES and phytosanitary documentation. We trade cultivated agarwood only and do not supply wild agarwood.
Payment, delivery, inspection, claims and governing-law terms are set out in the applicable sales contract. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance; it is an invitation to inquire.
